Shipping:
We offer Federal Express Ground, 3-Day, Express, 2-Day and Overnight deliveries at normal FedEx rates. These rates are shown during checkout. Rates and delivery timetables are based on shipment from our store in Bend, Oregon. As many of our products are "made to order", please allow 5-7 business days for us to carefully create your formulas. Bend, Oregon is a small, fairly remote mountain town. Shipping may occasionally be delayed due to hazardous weather conditions. Please call us if you need your order by a certain date. Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or APO boxes.

Return Policy
All sales are final. If your product was damaged during delivery or is found to be defective, you may send it back, with the receipt, within 10 days for exchange. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Please call customer service before returning any item.

Problems Ordering
If you can not add more than one product to your cart, then your "cookies" may be disabled. Enable "cookies" through the Preferences panel in your browser.
You may have to restart your browser before this change takes effect.
Once you are in the midst of checking out, using your "back" button may "confuse" the shopping cart.
If you place two separate orders back-to-back, you may need to delete your cookies after the first order, or the shopping cart may overwrite your first order. We apologize for this problem and are working to find the cause and fix it.

How long will it take FedEx to deliver my package?
Our store is located in Central Oregon. Please see map below for FedEx's estimated delivery time for ground shipping to your part of the country. (The number of transit days is not guaranteed by FedEx but it's a good estimate.) All internet orders are filled within 3-7 business days. Our Business Week is Tuesday-Saturday and we ship Tuesday-Friday.

Will my personal information be kept private? Yes. We at Angelina Organic Skincare respect your right to privacy. We will never sell your information to a third party. When you submit your credit card online, the information is processed directly through Authorize.net, one of the nation's most secure processors. No one at Angelina Organic Skincare has access to your credit card information at any time. How do I know which products are right for me? Simply click on "how to use" under each product for complete information on properties, usage and directions. How do you decide which ingredients to use? All ingredients must meet Angelina's strict guidelines : 1. No sodium lauryl sulfate, parabens, DEAs, MEAs, or TEAs 2. No GMOs (Genetically Modified Organism) 3. No petro-chemicals 4. No animal testing 5. No artificial colors, fragrances or fillers 6. Ingredients must be as organic as possible 7. All plant extracts and essential oils must be certified organic whenever possible 8. All essential oils used must be steam-distilled and not extracted with propylene glycol - which kills the effect of the oils 9. All ingredients must be proven to be beneficial to the hair or skin 10. All ingredients must be harvested in an environmentally-friendly manner (wild-crafted) 11. All ingredients must be bio-degradable as possible 12. Fair-Trade ingredients must be used when possible Why aren't Angelina Organic Skincare ingredients or products certified organic?

Angelina Organic Skincare follows the USDA certified-organic food standards. These standards are the strictest in the world. Over 80% of the ingredients we use come from USDA and Oregon Tilth Certified Organic Farms. We also work with many small family farms and cooperatives that are too small to afford the very expensive Organic Certification. We also wildharvest many of our ingredients ourselves. The UDSA and Oregon Tilth requirements for product certification require that we store and handle our "Certified Organic" ingredients and those that are not certified in separate facilities. We simply don't have space in our tiny converted bungalow to do this. We do keep MSDS and COA sheets on all of our ingredients and can provide proof of organic growing methods if needed.
