emulsifier and humectant (pulling moisture from the air to the skin) and has
emollient, soothing and softening properties.

Our beeswax is a biologically active product retaining its

One of nature's beautiful products, beeswax is secreted by four pairs of
glands on the underside of a worker honey bee's abdomen. It is melted in a
solar wax melter (it has never been subject to high temperatures), so it
retain then hand filtered and processed, yielding a golden, honey scented
wax.

History
Bergamot
is named after the city of Bergamo,
Italy where most of its trade
originated. It was used traditionally as medicine and scent both in Europe and
China.

History
Borax has
been used widely as a cleaning detergent. In small amounts, it is an excellent
water softener. While borax cannot be applied directly to the skin without
causing mild irritation, it is gentle when blended into a lotion or
gel.
